But, why the change? Allow us to take you on a journey through the heart of our rebranding story.
Our story begins with John Davis, the visionary who founded our company back in 1999. He named it Spectrum to encompass the vast array of services we offered. For years, this moniker served us well, but times have changed. We found ourselves sharing the name with other companies, including some pretty big players like Spectrum Charter and even smaller entities like Spectrum Gyms. Our phones were ringing off the hook with calls from Spectrum Charter employees and customers seeking assistance.
In December of 2021, I assumed the mantle of leadership from John Davis, and that’s when the winds of change began to blow. I started envisioning the next chapter of our company, with new missions and mindsets at the forefront:
Mission – To quietly take care of REALLY serious stuff.
Mindsets:

- Make a positive impact
- Be a resourceful problem solver
- Take Ownership
- Keep on learning
We formed a dynamic leadership team, sparking a fresh surge of energy and innovation. But it was a simple statement from my 9-year-old that sealed the deal: “Dad, no one knows what you do; they think it’s a gym or something.” That innocent comment set me on the wild journey of rebranding.
After months of research, feedback, and soul-searching, we proudly present Coeur Workforce Solutions. “Cœur” is French for heart, symbolizing our renewed focus on our clients’ team members—the true heart of their business.
As we embark on this rebranding journey, we anticipate some common questions:
- Did we get purchased? Absolutely not! Ownership remains unchanged.
- Will pricing change? No, pricing remains as it is.
- Will there be new faces on your team? Rest assured, you’ll still work with the same dedicated team.
- What does this mean for your business? Nothing changes. We’re committed to ensuring your employees have the best experience possible.
